SHOP POLICY
Local Delivery
Isáchi Flowers & Crafts offers delivery of fresh florals and gifts across Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
Minimums & Fees
There are fees and order minimums applicable for items selected for “Local Delivery.” All information pertaining to fees and minimums are outlined on floral product pages.
Deliveries within a 10 mile radius from the shop:
No purchase minimum. $15 delivery fee.
Deliveries 11 to 20 miles from the shop:
No purchase minimum. $25 delivery fee.
Deliveries 21-35 miles from the chop:
$100 order minimum. $40 delivery fee.
For all other delivery ranges please contact our shop.
Deliveries will be made between 12pm and 6pm on the selected date based on preferred delivery window. Delivery windows are preferences: we cannot make any guarantees about the exact delivery time within the chosen window and due to unforeseeable instances such as traffic or weather, and cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive within preferred window.
Need to schedule a delivery that falls outside of our regular hours, delivery range or delivery windows?
Please email the details of your request to [email protected]. We do our best to accommodate early, late or Sunday deliveries when possible. Do note these requests are subject to additional delivery fees; a quote will be provided upon the initial request.
To ensure successful local delivery, we strongly suggest you choose a window based on when your recipient will be home. If flower delivery occurs when recipient is not home, arrangement or bouquet will be left near their front door for when they return. Please note, we will not be held responsible for any items that are damaged due to weather conditions, theft, or conditions out of our control.
No-Contact Deliveries
If your recipient is not home, Isáchi Flowers & Crafts will leave the floral order in a secure location near the exterior front door or as directed by apartment/condo building staff. We will contact the recipient and/or sender via text as a courtesy alert. Please be on stand-by for the delivery, or notify the recipient immediately. We will not be held responsible for any items that are damaged due to weather conditions, theft, or conditions out of our control.
Deliveries to Hospitals, Retirement Homes and Health Care Centers
While gifting beautiful flower arrangements to friends and family in hospitals, retirement homes and other health care centers is one of our favorite gestures, we highly recommend confirming delivery protocols with the institution before placing your order. We’ve found a number of facilities do not accept flower deliveries due to patient health concerns or don’t allow delivery team members to access patient floors.
If a flower order cannot be successfully delivered due to restrictions at the chosen health care facility, the order will be returned to the shop and the sender will be asked to provide a secondary address. Subsequent delivery attempt(s) are subject to additional distance minimums and fees. See policies for Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit below.
Disclaimer
Isáchi Flowers & Crafts is not responsible for any misinformation provided by the ordering party including incorrect addresses or contact phone numbers. If an incorrect address is provided and a delivery attempt has been made, the sender will be subject to an additional product and delivery fee for any attempts made thereafter.
If a flower order cannot be successfully delivered due to security restrictions at the recipient’s address, the order will be returned to the shop and all subsequent attempts are subject to additional charges.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened, unused and undamaged non-perishable goods are accepted for exchange or store credit within seven (7) days of purchase. Original receipt must be presented in-store at time of exchange or store credit request.
All fresh and dried florals are final sale. For your convenience and to ensure proper maintenance of your flowers once they arrive at their new home, we provide care instructions for multiple floral items here.
Fresh Florals
Isachi Flowers & Crafts takes every measure to provide fresh, professionally-treated flowers to our clients, as well as making basic care instructions available to maximize the longevity of your floral pieces. With care, and in the proper conditions, we are confident your florals will last a minimum of (3) days or 72 hours from pick-up/delivery. Please reference our Basic Flower Care Guide for information on how best to keep your flowers looking fresh.
All quality claims must be made within 72 hours of your pick-up or delivery, and the original product must be presented through detailed photos emailed to [email protected], in order to receive a replacement. No replacements will be made after this time frame.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted in the form of shop credit.
Isáchi Flowers & Crafts understands orders placed may need to be rescheduled or plans change and the order is no longer needed. In these cases, communicate the change with the shop asap (786-693-3620 or [email protected]) making sure to reference your Order Number to confirm. Upon notification of receipt, the Isáchi Flowers team will extend credit for future use.
Additional Shop Policies
We do not accept cash payments upon delivery. All online purchases must be transacted using credit cards, debit cards or Apple Pay.
We do not tolerate rudeness, disrespectful speech, sexual harassment, racism or any other forms of inappropriate behavior at Isáchi Flowers & Crafts, online or otherwise. Isáchi Flowers & Crafts reserves the right to deny services to clients exhibiting such behavior.
